The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, has released the CEED Draft answer key on the official website on January 20, 2026. Candidates can upload their comments on the Candidates portal regarding the draft answer key till January 22, 2026. The CEED Draft answer key and the CEED question paper are available for download on the official website. The CEED authorities conducted the CEED exam 2026 on January 18, 2026 from 9 am to 12 pm. As per overall exam analysis the difficulty level was moderate. The exam authorities issued the CEED admit card on January 2, 2026. All registered candidates can download the CEED 2026 admit card using their login credentials. To correct any discrepancies in the admit card, candidates had to submit a request through their login by January 8, 2026, 5:00 PM. The CEED notification 2026 for the entrance exam was released online on the official website on October 1, 2025. The CEED information brochure, along with the CEED 2026 schedule, was also released online.

About the CEED 2026 exam
CEED full form stands for Common Entrance Exam for Design, which is a national-level examination conducted by IIT Bombay for postgraduate design admissions into various institutions. CEED score is accepted by many colleges offering MDes programmes. CEED exam 2026 comprises of two parts, such as Part A, which is for 150 marks, and Part-B for 100 marks.
CEED Part A consists of numerical answer-type questions, objective-type questions, and multiple choice questions, while Part B consists of 5 questions. The weightage of CEED part A and part B are 25% and 75% respectively.
