Who is Eligible for UCEED 2026 BDes Admissions?

IIT Bombay has notified the UCEED eligibility criteria for BDes admissions into 6 IITs and IIITDM Jabalpur. The IITs include IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Indore, and IIT Roorkee.

Given below are the requirements that aspirants must satisfy to obtain BDes admissions through UCEED 2026.

• The candidate must have a rank in UCEED 2026

• Candidates must have passed their qualifying exam (class 12 or equivalent) in 2025 or 2026. Those who appeared for their qualifying exam for the first time in 2024 or before are not eligible

• Candidates who are appearing for their class 12 exams in 2026 should clear their qualifying exam and submit the pass certificate by September 30, 2026

• The candidate must have been born on or after October 1, 2001, in the case of general/EWS/OBC, and on or after October 1, 1996, in the case of SC/ST

UCEED 2026 Admission Form Filling Dates

IIT Bombay has released the UCEED 2026 admission form on March 14, 2026, at 10 am. The last date to fill the admission form is April 10, 5:30 pm. Candidates are also required to pay a fee of Rs 4000 to submit the admission form.
