UCEED 2026 Application Form Date

IIT Bombay will release the UCEED application form 2026 dates at uceed.iitb.ac.in. Candidates will be able to check the detailed schedule, after the announcement of UCEED registration 2026 release date. UCEED Eligibility Criteria 2026

As the UCEED 2026 eligibility criteria is yet to be released, candidates can refer to the previous year’s UCEED eligibility criteria.

Age Limit:

As per the UCEED eligibility, the candidates have a certain age limit for appearing in the UCEED entrance exam. However, SC/ST/PwD candidates have relaxation in it.

Number of Attempts:

A candidate can appear in the UCEED exam a maximum of two times in consecutive years as per UCEED eligibility.

Qualifying Exam:

The candidates who have passed or are appearing 12th in any stream can apply for UCEED 2026.

If a candidate fulfills all three criteria listed above, they can proceed with the UCEED application form.

Documents Required for UCEED Application Form 2026

While filling out the UCEED application form 2026, aspirants are required to submit their personal details, academic details and upload necessary documents. Therefore, students are advised to have the documents required for fill UCEED application form ready.

• Passport Size Photograph: The photograph must be recent and in colour with full frontal view. The head must be in center covering 70-80-% of the photograph. The accepted image is JPEG only.

• The scanned copy of the candidate's full signature on a blank white sheet of paper. The accepted format is JPEG only.

• Qualifying exam certificate if the candidate has appeared and passed the exam. The accepted file format is pdf only.

• In case the candidate is appearing for the qualifying exam, he/she must procure a certificate from the college principal in the specified format as mentioned in Appendix 1 of the official brochure. The accepted file format is pdf.

• In case of discrepancy of name on 12th certificate, the candidate must get a gazette notification showing name change in pdf format only.

• OBC-NCL, Caste, Tribe, EWS, PwD certificates must be authentic and from valid authorities in pdf formats.

• Dyslexic candidates must submit FORM DYSLEXIC 1&2 (From official brochure appendix 8&9). For further details please go through the official brochure.

• A request letter must be updated by the candidates seeking compensatory time or scribe during the exam. (Appendix 10 of official brochure)

The UCEED exam application form 2026 will be made available on the official website - uceed.iitb.ac.in. The UCEED registration 2026 will be an online process. Candidates willing to apply can check the detailed steps to fill up the UCEED 2026 application form, which are as follows.

Step-by-Step Process for UCEED 2026 Registration

Step 1: UCEED Registration

• To begin the UCEED registration process 2026, visit the official website - uceed.iitb.ac.in.
• Enter the valid email ID carefully.
• Click on the ‘register’ tab.
• An activation link will be sent to the registered email ID.
• The candidates must open the link, which redirects to a new page.
• Candidates need to fill up certain details that are listed below.
  - Salutation
  - Correct Name - First name followed by middle name, and then last name
  - Date of birth
  - Gender
  - Valid mobile number
  - Address of the candidate
  - Nationality
  - Details of state, city, country, and pin code
  - A security question
  - A secret answer
  - The candidates need to create a password
  - Enter the given captcha
  - Click on register

• After the registration process, the candidates will be redirected to the UCEED 2026 Eligibility Criteria check page
• Candidates need to fill in the details of Category, PwD, date of birth, pass year of 10+2, mobile number, etc

Step 4: Selecting the UCEED 2026 test centres

Candidates need to select three test centres out of the list of given cities in the UCEED 2026 application form. Candidates need to mention the cities in the order of preference during the UCEED application process. The selection of UCEED exam centre needs to be done carefully as once the UCEED application form 2026 is submitted, no change in the cities will be accepted.

In order to complete the UCEED 2026 registration process, candidates need to upload the mentioned documents in prescribed formats as mentioned in the UCEED application form.

A digitally scanned copy of the documents mentioned below needs to be uploaded for UCEED 2026:

• A recent (within past 6 months) colour passport size photograph
• Full signature
• Qualifying examination certificate
• Date of birth proof
• Professional certificate
• Category certificate
• Disability certificate (as applicable)
• In case of discrepancy in name in the 12th certificate, candidates need to upload a gazette notification in PDF format stating the change of name.

Step 6: Pay the UCEED Application Form 2026 Fees

Candidates have to finally pay the UCEED application form fees to complete the UCEED 2026 registration. There is an option of credit card/ debit card /net banking to pay the UCEED registration fee. The UCEED 2026 registration last date without late fee is expected to be in the last week of October. After the UCEED application form 2026 last date, candidates need to pay an extra amount of Rs. 500. With the late fee UCEED 2026 registration last date might be in the third week of November.
