Hey, candidates! Since the NID DAT 2026 exam took place on December 21, 2025. It has been observed that the NID exam 2026 does not include any questions linked to the general ability test and therefore does not contain any part A questions. The NID 2026 exam solely included questions from the drawing/sketching section.

As per the NID DAT 2026 Exam Pattern, NID DAT prelims was of 100 marks. In NID previous years part -A consisted of 25 marks whereas, part-B was consisted of 75 marks. However, in NID 2026, the entire 100 marks were allotted to part-B, which consists of drawing and sketching questions. There were no general ability exam questions. Also, please note as per the revised selection process, the NID 2026 prelims exam will be a qualifying exam to shortlist candidates for the mains exam.

If you forgot to write the question paper code and date on your NID DAT prelims OMR sheet, contact the exam authorities immediately. They may have procedures in place to handle such situations. According to me there should be no problem for you even if you have not filled
