Revaluation is the request made by the candidate to review their answer sheets again. The revaluation process is done only for the candidates who raise a request to recheck their scores. This process is the NID marks verification of the students who appeared for the exam conducted by the authorities. NID result revaluation comes into the picture when the student feels that their answer sheet is not accurately evaluated according to their performance in the exam.

Candidates are evaluated on their creativity skills and visualisation skills along with their problem-solving methods. Based on the NID results 2025, candidates look for NID answer sheet rechecking as this is the next option of hope for them to recheck their scores. However, as per the NID official brochure, it has been clarified that the NID DAT revaluation will not be carried out. And hence, the students will not be able to apply for the NID rechecking process.

NID Rechecking Official Process

Candidates generally want to know about the NID entrance result rechecking as the NID DAT results for BDes and MDes for Prelims and Mains were declared. But NID has not provided access for NID result revaluation or NID answer sheet rechecking. As per the official brochure released, NID M.Des revaluation and the NID B.Des revaluation will not be processed, because the test evaluation process is carried out by the professional experts which is considered to be the final one.

NID DAT Result Discrepancy

The authorities clearly mentioned that no-other revaluation of the NID answer sheet or other work done by the candidate as a part of examination will not be carried out. Hence, there is no NID revaluation application form that will be released. If there is any error in calculation in the final score or misprint, then candidates can contact the NID admission office. Therefore, candidates are advised to be more cautious during the examination to avoid making errors.
