UCEED Participating Institutes 2025

Aspirants willing to seek admission into the B.Des programmes can apply for the UCEED participating institutes in India by achieving a valid score in UCEED 2025. The shortlisted candidates from UCEED 2025 who obtained a valid rank will be granted admission to the UCEED participating institutes 2025. The applicants are offered admission through the UCEED counselling and seat allotment process to the UCEED 2025 participating institutes which are listed as follows.

IIT Bombay conducted the UCEED 2025 exam on January 19. The UCEED entrance exam 2025 was conducted across 27 cities in India. The results for UCEED 2025 were declared by IIT Bombay on March 7. Admission to the UCEED participating institutes is based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the UCEED exam 2025.

The UCEED participating institutes offer a combined seat matrix intake of 245 seats for the B.Des programme. Candidates can refer to the below tables for the detailed UCEED seat matrix.

UCEED Result Sharing Institutes 2025

In addition to the UCEED participating institutes, the UCEED 2025 scores are accepted by several other top result-sharing design institutes to offer admission to the design programme. However, candidates need to verify the UCEED eligibility criteria of these institutes before proceeding with the application form.

Candidates need to meet the UCEED college cutoff to secure a seat in the top design institute. These UCEED Colleges list, known as result-sharing institutes, are not part of the Joint Admission Process conducted by IIT Bombay. The table below provides a list of these result-sharing institutes.

Top Design Entrance Exams

UCEED Result 2025

The UCEED 2025 results were declared online on March 7. Candidates can view their UCEED results 2025 by entering their login credentials in the login window. In addition to the UCEED 2025 result, qualified candidates will receive a scorecard, which will be valid for a duration of one year from the result declaration date. Candidates can download the UCEED scorecard till June 11, 2025 at the UCEED web portal.

UCEED Counselling and Seat Allotment 2025

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay conducted the UCEED seat allotment for round-1 on April 21, 2025. Candidates had to register online for UCEED 2025 counselling and seat allotment. Candidates who have qualified are invited for the UCEED counselling and seat allocation process based on their merit list. The counselling and seat allocation for UCEED 2025 will be conducted in five rounds. The seat allocation will be determined by the candidate’s UCEED rank, category, and preferred institutes.

Reporting to the Allotted Institute and Document Verification

After the UCEED 2025 counselling and seat allotment process is completed, candidates need to report to the allotted participating institute. Also, the candidates need to confirm their seat acceptance by making the fee payment. On the reporting date, candidates have to submit their documents for verification and complete the remaining admission procedure. It should be noted that if any false or incorrect information is found during the admission process, the respective institute has the authority to cancel the candidate’s admission.
