Who is Eligible for SEED Exam 2026?

Aspirants planning to obtain BDes admission at Symbiosis, need to appear for the SEED entrance exam online. Hence the SEED eligibility is mainly required to proceed before submitting the SEED 2026 application form. The eligible candidates need to submit the SEED application form before the last date, which is November 30, 2025.

The SEED eligibility criteria 2026 describes the academic qualification required along with minimum percentage, age limit, etc. The applicants can refer to the SEED 2026 eligibility criteria as provided below.

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 from any stream such as Science, Commerce, Arts, etc.

• Must have passed 10+3 diploma approved by the State Board of Technical Education
• Minimum percentage of marks required is 50% and for SC/ST, it's 45%.
• The students appearing for the final exam of 10+2 or 10+3 (Diploma) are also eligible to apply, where the results should be submitted by June of the admission year.
• As per the SEED eligibility criteria, there is no age limit prescribed.

The candidates appearing for SEED 2026 are also considered eligible if they possess Creative Aptitude & Skills as required by the programme. Also, candidates with relevant portfolio and situation adoptability would be given preference.

Candidates to note that based on the SEED eligibility criteria 2026 and successful submission of the SEED application form, the applicants will be able to appear for the SEED entrance exam. The SEED 2026 admission is based on the scores obtained by the students in the entrance exam which is then followed by a Portfolio review and personal interaction (PRPI) round.
