The National Testing Agency has notified the list of NIFT exam centres 2026 on the official website - exams.nta.nic.in/niftee. The authorities have added two additional NIFT 2026 exam centres at Vapi and Daman. The total NIFT exam test cities now stand at 102. However, as per the NIFT admit card notificatoin, the exam will be conducted at 129 exam centres spread across 97 cities in India. NTA will conduct NIFT 2026 on February 8, 2026. Candidates had to provide their NIFT exam centre 2026 choices at the time of filling out the NIFT 2026 application form. Candidates were allowed to provide 4 exam centre preferences. The allotted NIFT 2026 exam centre has been mentioned on the candidate's NIFT 2026 admit card. NTA will conduct the NIFTEE 2026 as well as stage 2 of the NIFT admission process at the designated NIFT exam centres. It is important to note that the NIFT stage 2 will be conducted in only around 18 exam centres across India. The exam will be conducted simultaneously at the designated NIFT exam centres. Stage 2 will include a situation test or a personal interview, depending on the course the candidates have applied for. Candidates will be admitted into the B.Des, M.Des, B.FTech, M.FTech, and MFM programmes at NIFT.

Candidates were allowed to provide their NIFT 2026 entrance exam centre preferences at the time of completing the application form. Candidates are allowed to provide a maximum of 4 exam centre choices in the order of their preference. Candidates must select the exam centre preferrably in their own city or neighborhood as per their convenience.
In case the number of candidates opting for a particular NIFT 2026 exam centre is less than the specified minimum, then candidates may be allotted an exam centre which is different than their choice.

Top Design Entrance Exam
NTA issued the NIFT 2026 admit card on February 4, 2026. To download the NIFT admit card 2026, candidates must use their login credentials. The admit card contains important details such as candidate’s name, roll number, exam date and time, exam centre. Candidates must take a printout of the admit card and carry it to the exam hall. The NIFT 2026 admit card must be preserved till the end of the admission process.
