NIFT First Round 2025

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) conducts the exam in two rounds for both UG and PG aspirants. The NIFT first round is the entrance exam, and the second round differs for both UG and PG programmes. The NIFT entrance exam was conducted on February 9, 2025 for UG and PG candidates.

Candidates who want to enroll into NIFT for the Bachelor’s or Master’s programme must appear for the NIFT entrance exam (GAT & CAT). For Bachelor’s, the candidates must appear for both the exams, NIFT 2025 and a situation test or studio test. For the Master's programme based on the specialisation, the candidates must appear for the GAT & CAT exam and a personal interview round.

The NIFT round 1 result 2025 is released on April 24. The authorities have announced the NIFT 2025 first round result date. Candidates must keep track of the NIFT Notification 2025 to not miss any events and important dates.

NIFT First Round Result 2025

The NTA authorities have declared the NIFT General Ability Test (GAT) and Creative Ability Test (CAT) exam results in April 2025. The GAT and CAT exams were conducted on the same day, which was February 9, 2025. Candidates who appeared for both the GAT and CAT exams and are awaiting their results can calculate their scores with the help of the unofficial NIFT 2025 answer key.

NIFT 2025 was conducted into two parts - GAT and CAT. The GAT exam was conducted online, and the CAT was conducted offline. Candidates must note that the result is declared for the candidates who have appeared for both the GAT and CAT exams. If the candidate is unable to appear for any one of the exams, then the result will not be declared, and the candidate will be disqualified.

Steps to Download the NIFT First Round Result 2025

• Visit “exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT”
• Click on the link “NIFT Result 2025”
• Enter login credentials - Application number and date of birth
• Click on the “Submit” tab.
• After successful submission, the NIFT 2025 result will be displayed on the screen.

Candidates must download and take a printout of the NIFT scorecard 2025 for admission into NIFT.
