NIFT UG 2025 Exam Weightage for BDes and BFTech
The evaluation criteria for NIFT admission 2025 include two steps - entrance exam and situation test. As per NIFT weightage 2025 BDes, 80 percent weightage is given to the NIFT entrance exam, while the remaining 20 percent to situation test. However, for BFTech, students just have to appear for the NIFT exam. The NIFT UG weightage exam determines the allocation of marks for each section. NIFT Selection Process 2025
The NIFT selection process includes the candidates to appear for GAT and CAT tests for the NIFT UG courses. The shortlisted candidates need to appear for NIFT situation test for BDes programme. For BFTech, it is the only GAT test to appear for. Provided below is the NIFT weightage distribution as per each course and test.
NIFT Entrance Exam UG Weightage
The NIFT entrance exam consists of two parts: GAT (General Ability Test) & CAT (Creative Ability Test). The NIFT entrance exam UG weightage marks allocation is divided for these parts. Also, based on the course, there is a NIFT situation test. The NIFT entrance exam UG weightage and marks are divided as per each course. The NIFT UG admission weightage details are provided for the candidate's purpose.
NIFT Weightage for BDes
For Bachelor of Design admission at National Institute of Fashion Technology, candidates have to appear for both sections of NIFT 2025 exam - GAT and CAT. NIFT weightage for GAT, CAT and situation test for BDes admission is given below.
